Cover for Bookmarks Magazine

Daniel has several new pieces posted on his website after a very busy fall.  Most notably is the new cover for Bookmarks magazine – available at Borders and Barnes & Noble now.  Bookmarks had previously only used stock imagery and this is their first foray into using an illustrator.  They were very happy with the results and more covers are planned for 2010.  Purchase a copy while you are out Christmas shopping and reinforce that custom illustration sells better than stock.

Also, for the holiday season, Daniel has made available three adorable prints through his CafePress store.  The prints are affordable for almost any budget.  Give a unique gift of art this Christmas (or buy one for yourself :)

I do mostly medical illustrations (see my stuff at http://www.diemdesign.com/medical/diem_medical.html ) It is fairly complex, but I don’t think I would have the patients to do this. It seems like it would take a really long time. NICE WORK!

From one Daniel Swartz to another, this is a really nice print. Is it possible to order prints of this?

This is beautiful. I love the color contrast and the meaning of it.
