Penthouse Sep - Spot

Work’s been great, terribly busy over the last few months. Haven’t had time to put up new stuff for a while, so getting the ball rolling again with these two for Penthouse. They are a bit risque, so I’ve cropped them – click on the thumbnails to see the whole image. These ARE meant to be erotic so you’ve been warned!

These two were for Penthouse’s erotic fiction article. The story was about a lady who goes to get her Macbook repaired and ends up having a fling with the three Apple (Read more...)

Ingvard the Terrible is now on Storybird

25 Aug

My shop on Storybird is up and running! Right now, I've got 20 images on there, some old, some new (including this handsome rascal, done in anticipation of Halloween), but I have plenty of ideas for more.

Computer Arts tutorial

17 Aug

Ive just finished an illustration and tutorial walk-though for the nice chaps at Computer Arts magazine. Issue 180 has a sexy theme and i was asked to produce something as a full page illustration together with a step by step breakdown of the process. Im pretty happy with the end result but as the issue isnt out yet i will just give you a little preview and give you a better view of the article when it hits the shelves.

Rypple: Funny Friday’s

15 Aug

Heeeeyy youuu guyyyyysss, wheeeress the chocoolaa...ok i'll stop it right there. Here is a recent comic that I finished for Rypple; they are a company who specializes in helping companies inspire, motivate and give meaningful feedback to their employees. They commissioned me to illustrate a comic this Friday for their blog! The premise is the "What not to do's" for company performance reviews.

Fan Expo's coming up! I'll have a table with fellow friend and Starcraft master Simon Kim and will be also near the Daigo Umehara of illustration Yuta Onoda! Not exactly sure where I will be but (Read more...)

Storytelling is Carnivorous…

6 Aug

Another new-ish piece in the latest issue of Lucid Media (#7). This one goes along with a profile on erstwhile Canadian personality Sook-Yin Lee in conjunction with her recent film "Year of the Carnivore". I don't often do portrait type illustrations of actual people, but I'm always open to a new challenge. I definitely didn't get her likeness in this piece, so I had to get more conceptual thanks to some suggestions and prodding by Lucid editor Ryan Warring Bird. Here's the key to all the floating elements: Meat-ties in with the title of the film, Pills-the article discusses the (Read more...)
