Dan Matutina from the Phillipines creates some wonderful, graphic illustrations which are showcased on his  website. He is also a partner at Ideals Creatives, which is a very interesting design firm.

Swedish illustrator Linus Nyström has an interesting way of depicting groups of people. Check out his nice watercolor spots on page 2 as well. He is part of the illustration duo Fetatyper.

JA/BC is a creative duo with backgrounds in graphic design. Their Exquisite Corpse pieces are the result of their collaborative efforts by taking turns to complete the work. For more information visit their site and read up the entire explnaton on the left.

We’re on a roll with studios it seems. Today’s duo are Duncan Barrett and Sarah Lippett, whose studio, Crayonlegs, begins with a bizarre banana-to-octopus shape shifting animation. Go see it for yourself…

I usually don’t feature two people at once, but Jill Secord and Zach McLaughlin are running their studio, Lotus Ink, with two distinct styles so I figured it would be better to show both of them.  Check out their blog for more updates too.

Michael Hacker is an illustrator and screen printer from Austria, where he is part of Atzgerei studio. His gig prints are excellent, be sure to check out the work done for various metal bands.

Catherine Denvir combines 3D with her own style of illustrative figures, producing unique pictures that look like little plastic toys. Together with George Snow, she runs 3D3world, a Maya training program, in picturesque Tuscany, Italy, which itself makes it a perfect excuse to take time off to get up to date with the premier 3D software.

Mario Belem is a Portuguese illustrator who is part of The Studio, which seems to be a photography-illustration house. His work cleverly incorporates photographs to create montages that either neither photograph nor illustration, but a true mix of both.
